We road-tripped to Tulsa earlier this week and got a few pics.
We gassed up Laney's car in Henryetta, OK. (hometown of Troy Aikman, btw) and saw this monstrosity. You wouldn't believe the hack-job this guy pulled on the lift. Must be a good foot + of square steel welded to get the body off the frame.

Once we got to Tulsa and cruising downt the Creek Nation Turnpike, we roll up on this F-150 Harley with a pretty cool looking flame job. Check it out.

The cool Lightning related part of the whole trip was that Elaine's parents' neighbor is a L-Freak too and has noticed mine the past few times and we've been chatting for almost a year.
He has a '04 DSG 5.4L 4x4 with lift/pipes and said the guy that does his lift/exhaust and his son both have red/black '03/'04 Ls. Small world! :nana2
Turns out, he had a deposit on a black '04 L and was doing the paperwork to get one from across Tulsa and someone else came by, paid cash, and "stole" it from him. :hammer:
While he was there, he said he went ahead and put a deposit on a Gen 3 L and locked it in for $46K and change. So far, only color is silver in Ford's computer system, but the salesman said they're sure they will probably offer Red/Black.
