?About the "Lightning" and "SVT" badges?

Does anyone know if there are holes in the fenders/tailgate behind the badges on our L's (mine is 04)?

I am thinking about going for a cleaner look on my truck and peeling them off, but don't want to if there are going to be holes showing. Thanks in advance!

I know on the tail gate there are no holes behind the SVT badge but the others I am not sure of.

There are no holes behind the badges because I bought a Lightning badge about 3 years ago to put on my tailgate and they are sticky adhedsive backed.

Having just replaced ALL the badges on my '03 I can tell you...Yes there ARE holes behind them. At least the '03's have holes. Both the fenders and the SVT badge on the tailgate. If I'm not mistaken Dennis (Sixpipes) had to fill his holes when he removed his badges and I'm sure his L is a bit older than mine. It's true they do stick on with adhesive but there are still tabs on the back of the badges and holes in the fender.
