Not to get a :ron: thrown at me, but I've read that "infiltrators" understand the ways of our Border Patrol system and will try to get in say, AZ, get busted, and run over to TX and get in under the same bogus ID/etc. because the database is slow and beatable.

I heard talk of this on the radio a few days ago. I gaurantee that if we let bored prairie dog hunters use these guys for long range sight calibration that this sh*t would stop in a hurry.

true, BUT the news and other media can distort the true facts to a degree. also you cant just shoot someone on the hunch that they may be a terrorist, and i dont think they are likely to admit being one. if we did allow it, it would be worse then the salem witch trials.

Gaven,

I agree on how the media distorts the truth on ALOT of issues especially the 2nd Amendment.:hammer:

I tend to agree with some comedian a while back, I forget who, that said, "guns don't kill people....it's the HUSBAND who get's home early that kills people." :evil

It's sort of like blaming a TALON post mispelling on your keyboard. :hammer:

I'm all for the Bill of Rights and the 5th Amendment in this guys case, but he's on the Al-Qaeda FBI hot-list for evidently good reason.

<---- NRA member. :)

You're right, Brian. Thanks for the correction.

I think you may mean the 4th Amendment in this scenario. The 5th deals with self incrimination, speedy and open trial. The 4th deals with unreasonable searches and seizures, and seizures include detention and/or arrest.
