I have problems with PRO COMP Tires. :bs
An independent ASE facility stated that these PRO COMP Tires were indeed DEFECTIVE and caused my vehicle to drift twards one way of the road after I had my (brand new) truck aligned. :burnout:
4 wheel Parts refused to refund and/or replace my tires (12,000 mile) even though I had purchased their $100.00 tire warranty, they burned me. :throw:
So, I took the following actions that really gets a corporation in trouble, very angry :flaming: and gets very evective results for me.
I decided to look up their Company Reliability Report on the Better Business Bureau website located at ww.labbb.org. It stated the following below:
4 wheel Parts has an "Unsatisfactory Record" with the Better Business Bureau when it comes to answering consumer complaints along with the following below:
*Delivery Issues
*Difficulty obtaining Refunds
*Overcharging :Bullshit
*Poor Installation
*Poor Customer Service
*Billing Disputes
*Failure to Deliver Ordered Merchandise /Missing Items/Incorrect Items
I first mailed my complaint to the District Attorney's Office (Consumer Protection Division) and included their poor Company Reliability Report. Addresses for every State have been available below.
Then I immediately filed/sent a copy complaint to the State Agency Bureau of Automotive Repair and sent complaints to the following web sites below for 100% results:
