2001 4.6 intake is: 6.58939mm .2594in
exhaust is the same duration is not listed

2001 Lightning intake is: 7.11038mm
exhaust is 7.49744mm

I heard L cams are the same as 4.6 GT cams.

Thanks for the info L8. I can't find the duration either. I saw it some where but I don't remember where. Anyone else know the duration of the 4.6 and 5.4....Justin!
