Snuglid for Sale

I just sold my 2001 Silver Lightning but did not want the dealership to have the Snuglid. I'm selling this thing for a song, if anyone's interested. Here are the details from the F150 Online classified:

Snuglid professionally painted to perfectly match Ford Silver Clearcoat Metallic. Perfect cond. Flawless paint job. Fits '97-'02 flareside. All hardware included.

This Snuglid is in perfect condition, and the paint job -- less than a year old -- is flawless. Here are some pictures I took one week ago (7/27/02) -- the day I sold the truck. Man, I miss that thing.

To go with that SnugLid you can get the clamp on system where you do not have to drill the components onto the bed! I'll sell you my clamp system for $50, if you want it. All hardware and rails included.

Hey, thanks for all the replies.

I have had quite a few bites, but all of them require that I ship the Snuglid. I have called several freight companies but haven't found one willing to ship it for a decent price. So far, adding the shipping costs to the $525 I'm asking will get the total within spitting distance of buying a new one.

I see that you are in Dallas. That's great. I see you drive a Silver Lightning. I think this Snuglid got used to the viscious, low-end grunt and wouldn't be happy any other way. Yes, I still have the lid and would love to give it a Dallas home. You can come inspect it anytime, and I'll tell you where to take it for perfect installation.
