Best way to get out frame rivets?

Best way to get out frame rivets? I need to remove 6 of them. I can't get a 4" grinder to them. Drill or die grinder?

It's on the K5, broken shock mount. 100lb tire/wheel combos apparently get them eventually.

try an air hammer/chisel?

I torch the heads off then air hammer/punch them out.
