Well maintained with cold air kit, pulling 12lbs boost, chip, cobra hood ,lowerd, alpine satlite,Cerwinveg sub, autobaughn amp,Dark tint windowstrans ,and rearend just serviced...I out ran a mustang on spray that runs 13.0's to high 12.90's.
I sold a 69 Cobra and got my wife a new mustang so I got her truck...I love the truck but want to build a 351w mustang...So if someone wants the truck I will let go for $16,500....It has 73,000 miles on it.

Let me know if you decide to part it out.

would you swap out the hood?

Why would I part out a perfectly good truck...I ran a built Grand National and beat again....I drive it everyday.......The car guys **** when that old heavy truck pulls them on the big end,if I could just get it to hook....The tires look brand new,but maybe the compound is out of them.......

I have the stock hood, and the box that this one came out of..I was thinking of switching back for weight reasons.....This is a Reflections,Cobra hood...

i dont think he meant parting it out as in selling everything... but selling just your modded stuff and putting back to stock form

I see ,the hood maybe coming off any way,so I may sell it but the truck stays together...The truck gets more praise than the wifes new GT....

Do you have any pics of the hood? I was looking to buy a black cobra hood for my truck

The reason that many people part out thier trucks is to make max $$.
NO one will pay you for the mods you have in it.

The hood is steel, with a wider cowl induction area and the two scoops are on that area not beside it as in the photo.....

You probably need to qualify that statement. I've seen a "built" Grand National run in the 9s and that was a street legal one.

I am just going to keep the truck,I won't be able to get a new GT til late spring, they sent five to each dealer up here, and they won't get any more til spring, unless I go west or down south...I would like to find out about some port work on my supercharger......
