I heard tonight that a user signed up but never got the confirmation email.
The database says there are 2 users still "waiting email confirmation"
NAME email address on record

I resent conformation emails to both tonight. If you still dont have the email send me an email at doug@svtlightnings.com and Ill delete your account and you can resign up.

Mean while I check into why the emails are intermittent.
