The Throttle body, Airbox( with K&N ) and Ford logo were returned to stock this morning.....

Whats next .....

I will do some intake Temp comparisons with autotap .....

Wanted to compare SOTP and intake Temps...

Also wanted to see if both TB had same TPS readings at idle and WOT

THey are both 19% at idle and 91% at WOT

The lighted Logo has been broke for months...

Any other ???

Ist impressions are that the BABOLT TB has a lighter return spring than stock. Significantly lighter... That may explain some of the perception of better "throttle response".

The stock air box is quieter than the PSP intake I run... THe truck seems to wind up less with the stock setup. No question the open filter seemed to "get it " more but is that just a combination of the noise of the blower along with the lighter spring ???

The intake air temps are surprising... The stock box averaged 15 degrees over ambient. I was shocked since it is drawing air from the fender and the outside air is 80... Only under strong accell did the intake temps get down to 10 degrees over ambient...

Take some MAF V readings across the band. That will tell you what lets more air in:tu:
