Does anyone have LFP's 58" T-bars on a 2003/2004 L with stock exhaust and ride height? If so, how much clearance does the bar have with the exhaust? Do they ever hit? What's a safe shackle drop to eliminate all chance of the bars hitting the exhaust? Thanks.

ANything lower than stock may hit. It is best to get a PR catback built for traction bars if you are going lower. I think TrueblueAggie has shackles only and his exhaust hits or comes damn close.

I am going in sometime soon to get the PR catback installed because of the trouble I am having with the stock exhaust hitting on the bars (a lot). Mine's a 02', but I would figure that you would have the same problems with a 03' or 04'

I'm making the trek north to visit Terry at PR tomorrow to get a catback installed on my '04 (w/Roush kit & LFP 58" bars). 2wk old Bassani was getting too fresh with the t-bars. (clunk clunk clunk).

Thanks for all the information. I know the 2003/2004 has a taller rear stance from the increased GVWR springs. I called LFP and he claimed to never have heard of these problems. :Bullshit
