Look for ( or listen for ) a vacuum leak

THe hoses under the rubber boot going into the supercharger are famous for coming loose

Also look for melted hoses around the egr tube

Idle is either the EGR line or tubes like Doug said or the IAC valve. Just bring it by soemtime and I will look at it. I'll be at the shop today until 5 or so.

Def. clean the IAC, takes all of 5-10 min. Mine would not idle and it only had 33K on it when I cleaned it, idles fine now.

i took off tha air intake at the tb and it looked like there was a little bit of oil in the throttle body?

i took off tha air intake at the tb and it looked like there was a little bit of oil in the throttle body? That is normal it keeps the blower lubricated. The IAC idle air control motor is on the pass side of the intake plenum. Held on with two 8mm bolts. These carbon up or stick and cause idle problems.

guy at work has a 4.6 f150, his wouldnt idle, would die at stop lights. I told him to clean the iac and it fixed it.... Iac tend to stick in the winter it seems... Ive had a few cars do it to me and it was due to a stuck iac
