Guy's,

I got a question. I am not to familiar with e-bay and am having a problem getting one of the products I bought!

Thats the short of it, here is the long.

I won a tubular k-member for my Trans Am on October 22nd. The seller said it would take three days after auction ends to ship due to the fact that he was going to powder-coat it to the color that I specified. Any how, I have made multiple attempts to get in contact with the seller via e-mail (four times to be exact) and have yet to recieve any kind of response!

My question is, Do any of you know how I would go about resolving this? To tell the truth I don't want the thing anymore! It has been too much of a hastle.

Thanks for the help!!

contact ebay, if you paid via paypal, you can contact them. Or your credit card company.

More details....did you already pay? It's been so long, report it to eBay and tell them about the issue and leave the guy negative feedback.

Meaning notification 30 days after the purchase or you have to notify them before 30 days passes after the auction is over? Sorry, I am E-bay 'tarded! :rll:

Yep...30 days to file a complaint...then they say it can take up to 30 days to resolve.

Sign on to Paypal and under the My Account tab is a place to dispute a transaction.
