Actually, it was pretty tame.

You should see the vid. of the insurgent that runs out into the open to fire an RPG - leaving his covered position, mind you - to fire on entrenched US soldiers as his buddies film him from behind.

He's out in the open about to pull the trigger on our soldiers and they open up on him with their SAWs with .223 tracers. :eek: Pretty damned crazy video!:eek2:

Maybe its a poor word choice. Too me disturbing is seeing a video of Saddams punk ass guards lining people up on their knees then slicing thier tongues off with razors. That was disturbing.. Watching our warriors in action is not.

For me, what is disturbing is all the insurgents in Iraq video-taping the beheadings of non-combatant Westerners and dancing around like a bunch of happy school-girls about it and publishing their "work" on the 'net. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6514745/

As a footnote, one of my groomsmen, Dustin, was called up and maybe headed out - Navy medic. He might not be shipped given his orthoscopic knee surgeries from college football injuries.

It's not a pretty-picture over there, to say the least ...

I think that's awesome, and I'm not ashamed to say it. That guy isn't fighting for a way of life, or for his country, he's fighting because he wants to kill Americans. He's probably not even from Iraq. I hope all of them get what they deserve.
