Mom/Dad are looking to "remodel" their current home soon and quite possibly bull-doze the new-built 3-bed homestead Regan and I grew up in since '86.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Uncle Rocks, you listening? :tu:

I'm with Speedy, if I thought I could get away with it for the cottage construction, I'd do it.
Give me a holler, Ronald, I've got some info you might want on the issue.

Speedy,
The home is located just 15-20 miles north of Lake Texoma in OK. I'd appreciate that phone number. Mom and Dad are kicking around the idea fairly seriously.
Tex,
I'll follow-up with you on your info.
Thanks!

Hummm, there is a steel home builder on I-35 (west side) just south of Denton. Might be Corinth.
