Okay, okay.. here it is: MY NEW HOME!! A few of you already know about this, but here's what's going on in me life as of today. We closed yesterday, and are targeting moving in by Jan. 1. We will be doing interior paint, electrical, and plumbing work in the meanwhile, and building the guest cottage as well. The workshop will be built after the present house is sold. Damn, am I looking forward to having a proper workshop!! :d

Hell, this all happened so fast we still have spinning heads!

No kidding... and it's got me salivating to get the shop done and start modding my beast, not to mention a few other fun little projects in the back of my mind...

Congrats! Both new and old are beautiful homes. Is the new one in Frisco as well?

Just clicked you link and saw some of the other pics. I had to stop, however, as it was making me feel really inadequate. :d That is truly an amazingly beautiful place.

Very nice. Without being too specific, unless you want to , where is it?

NOt yet... but will be working on it. I've already measured out the rooms, and need to get them drawn up as a floorplan.

It's actually in McKinney, off of 380, near Trades Days. If you're talking about the interior pics: they do NOT do the interior justice, so imagine OUR shock on walking in!! :eek2:

See above... and see above post about the paintball gun in the tower for "unwanted visitors"...

:rll: My biggest problem is my tendency to stick up for the little guy, who doesn't get a choice, especially the choices I've been lucky enough to get in my life, so I complain when the little guy is getting screwed. :(

Thanks for the compliment, tho, it was a combination of hard work and smarter people than I that made this all possible, and I thank them all daily. :tu:
