I have a second house I been renting for a few years but need the money now.It has been completly remodeled and everything is like a new house.Its 3 bedroom, 2 half bath, vaulted ceilings,livingroom,diningroom,kitchen ect. Total about 1850sq feet.It is in south Grand Praire in nice neighboorhood.All the appliance almost new. I replace the entire HVAC in summer of 2003 at cost of 3500.00$ The area and neighboors are great.
I sell to you for 109000.00$ If you need funds for closing I will adjust price to help you out. But just a straght sell 109000.00
I will even take FHA and VA loans on that price too.

I have called the investment companies you see the adds all the time.They offered me 95k for the house.AS YOU KNOW THESE GUYS BY HOUSE AT A 30 PERCENT LESS THAN WHAT IS WORTH.SO MY PRICE IS GOING TO BE A GOOD BUY FOR SOMEONE.
I am almost sure if you came out you will see the house its a good buy for a person looking to buy a home for his family at this price.

The house appraise for around 120k
I hAd realators do market seacrh and says it worth 120k.

Ok the house is at 3217 Wuthering Circle in Grand Prairie Texas. The subdivsion is called Wallingford Village. The house is basically 2 miles north of I20 form the Carrier Parkway. I have one bad angle picture of outside the house I can send email you. Also if you go to Dallas County Apraisel District they have one lousy picture there. Just under propery research put the adress and city it in. It will bring up the house. Then look around and click on picture.

You need to have a mortage company/bank.

The house is bascailly 2 story brick home/3b/2half bath/2 car garage home. It very nice.Built in 1987 I think.
