i have a .CSV file that I want converted to txt or something so I can open it.... anyone know how to do this?

.cvs is a comma delimited file. You can't just convert it to a text file.
Try downloading this.

Excel will open it and you can save it as a txt file or import in Access and export as text is another option.

well i downloaded that program but it wouldnt open the csv file...

I just asked Elaine and she said one way would be to open the .csv with Word and do a "Select all" and there's a replace function where you can choose the "from" character to the "to" character.
It goes something like that.

just change the extension to txt
CSV files are just formatted text files
