Okay, im in market for a new camera. I cant seem to find a camera that has every option I want, but found a few that have some...

Anyway, Im wanting a camera that can:

1. 5+ MP
2. Capable of upgrading lens (telephoto,wide angle,etc)
3. 30 fps video + 800x600
4. anti shake

prolly a few other things, but most of the cameras Iv been looking at have all the other options I want.

But here is problem, I cant seem to find 1 camera that has all 4 of those options.

-Fuji S7000 - Has 6.0 MP, 30fps (no anti shake or 800x600)
-Minolta Z2 - Has 800x600 (but 4.0MP and no anti shake)
-Minolta Z3 - Has anti shake (but only 4.0MP and no 800x600)

I found the Minolta A200 which has anti shake, 8.0MP, and also records in 800x600 and 30fps... but cant do them at same time.. its either 800x600@15fps or 640x480@30fps.... and also the price of this camera is about twice the other 3....

anyone have any expierence with any of these camera? or anyone have a camera with 30fps video recording? hows the quality at 640x480??

Im kinda leaning towards the Z3 because it has antishake, 30fps (regular TV shows are only 26fps) im just curious what a video on it would look like and how does a 4.0MP picture look? is it a REAL nice picture?

I just bought a Coolpix 4200 (Nikon) for the wife. Pretty good value and you don't have to have midget hands to operate the thing. What really sold me was the "advanced red-eye technology". I don't know what that is, but it sounded cool.

Are you looking for an SLR type or an everyday type camera. I have the Sony DSC V1 and its awesome. I have the wide angle for it and there is an optional telefoto. The great thing about this camera is that it has a hotshoe slot for an external flash yet its small enough to be a point and shoot. It also does video.. I can shoot a couple if you want.

NOne of those cameras have the ability to change lenses - you can snap an add on lense on them but thats NOT The same - try it first

Your requirements are like the holy grail - not easy to find -

I bought the panasonic fz20 - it does all i need and has 12x zoom

Basically an add on lens is what my cam has. Check out the link I posted before. A digital EOS(SLR) like the REbel is basically a body that you can change lens.

These are more for the pro than the regular guy.. They range from 1000-6000 bucks for a good one. OH yeah and the lens cost any where from 450-1500 bucks depending on what you want.

If you're not a camara buff, which by your post it doesnt sound like you are then stick with a point and shoot where you dont have to adjust exposure, metering, film speed, lens speed. etc. etc..
