after a picture is uploaded and been in the gallery is there a way to change the name or comment, etc on it?

click on the picture - if its yours you should see an EDIT link

You need to make sure you are logged in to the gallery -

If you see Home (http://www.svtgalleries.net/gallery/index.php) · Search (http://www.svtgalleries.net/gallery/search.php) · Register (http://www.talonclub.com/forum/register.php?action=signup) · Login (http://www.svtgalleries.net/gallery/login.php?login=yes) at the top you need to login first
