That's insane. Check out the slowmo. He is coming around a corner pulling a wheelie sitting up without his hands on the handlebars......he was begging for something to happen!

Yep, Isle of Man TT if I had to guess as well. Wow. That guy's hurting. :(

Actually I think he had a tank slapper which broke his hands free from the handlebars. It was bad news from that point on. Tank slappers are not fun, they tend to create an instant pucker factor
