Announcement - Members list now allows email

The members lis now shows a link if you have selected in your profile to receive emails. The forum uses a form to send the email so the link doesnt really contain your address BUT a member can send you an email. However they wont see/know your email address untill you reply.

To promote communication amongst the group I made this change. If you dont want emails you can select that in your profile..

Also at 99WhiteBeast's suggestion I added the Location to the Members list. I didnt realise how difficult it would be but after editing the database and modifying 2 PHP templates it looks pretty good.

Also added first name field to the database during registration and to the members list displayed, for those that want to use it..
