I even got his autograph! You know those old country songs where they are driving to Nashville late at night and a stranger in a long Caddillac gives them a ride and it turns out to be Hank Williams or some ghost.
Well I was driving around late down a lonely highway Saturday night. It wasn't a long Caddillac though, a lot more like a black and white crown vic. So I pulled over and a black man came up to my truck. He said I am trooper James and you were speeding. As I looked past his flashlight I saw his name plate R. James, I be damn! Rick James was reincarnated as a state trooper:bows . I used my Jedi mind trick and he wrote me a warning:D . Anyway, Rick James is keeping it real on our nightime highways.
