Stall = power loss

I dyno'd my truck this weekend and have lost a s#!t load of power! I was wondering if the stall I installed actually eats power or not??? Someone told me that it will take away power at the wheels? Anybody know???
I forgot to unplug the boost bypass solenoid also, do you guys think i lost some pwer there too???

Oh...I bet it wasn't from the boost by-pass. It would be fairly obvious if you dumped your boost.
