Sunday Afternoon Somewhere

There are a bunch of new guys hanging around that have not been able to make our monthly meetings. What would everyone think about trying to have a "mixer" on a Sunday afternoon somewhere. How many folks could not make a Sunday PM get together? I'm thinking we could probably have 30 trucks easy. :cool:

Sounds good to me I am never able to make a meeting so if you get it setup I will be there without fail Sunday. I am always free on the weekends except for the occasional hangover.

Haven't been to a regular monthly meeting in forever - it is hard to make those sometimes! :(

Also, NEXT SATURDAY is a BMW club event at Mineral Wells - very fast and very fun courses - 8 runs, usually less than 60 cars show.

Anyone interested ? We can caravan....

I'll be at the Riverside Annex on Hwy 47.....about a hundred acres of flat concrete, digital timers, and as many runs as you have tread on your tires! If you need to tune your L's suspension, this is the place to be!!!

OK I found it. Anyone interested? It's for a good cause or something (Children's Charity)

It's coming up real soon and my calendar looks open for that Saturday, August 31st, so I figured what-the-heck! The event is open to the public. Cost is $25 for 3 laps on the oval (with pace car) plus another $10 if you want a pic of your car in victory lane. Simply show up, pay and get on the track.
