Sorry, maybe I can make the next one!

First...I am not going t be bringing burgers... .
Second....Howard is on call next Sunday, so it would be just this side of screwed up if he got a call and had to cruise 60 miles to get there.
Third...I will be there. I have to practice my lights. After the Lights I cut this weekend...I need the practice, believe me :vomit: .
Forth...I think Dennis will be there, but I am not 100% on this.
Fith...how do you spell fith...that doesn't look right to me.
Sixth...Michael got lucky a couple races last year and now he thinks he is some kind of Fast and Furious type, money only racer. But he is still scared to come out there and face the man...:D .
Seventh....I could have sworn Andy told me he was going, but maybe not, he is turning a bit Pink too.

Okay so we have two for sure anymore? Come on folks if you don't make anymore races atleast lets make a good apperance on the first one. IT is only 20 bucks and most of you spend that in beer in two hours.
Okay so no burgers but lots of stories from Florida I am sure. :rll:

That is cool Ron, Yes it is this Sunday and the gates open at 9:00 a.m plan on time trials starting around 10 or so. I will be there around 8:15 or 8:30 to get us a good spot maybe. The damn extreme corvette club always takes the whole damn fence. Ron do you prefer to be closer to the snack bar or the score board?

Seeing as how I don't do track food, the scoreboard will be good. Either way...I usually shoot for away from the crowd. The women are always bugging me for an autographed picture. You probably saw the picture at hooters. That's what happens every time I reject them:cool: .

Ron, They may get pissy with you about those times and no cage! I know the last time I was up there they were telling everybody that was running 7.50's or better (I think thats what it was) that they had to have a cage next time or they wouldn;t let them race!

This is what I said...
I'll make it out to the Kennedale - Ennis - Redline events, if I am not racing somewhere else, but this year I am looking for the money events to run. Even if it is for $100 to win, that is better than nothing at all.
So with that in mind, I will race anywhere I can, but there is a priority right now to somewhat limit myself. I could race every weekend, but then I would be divorced, and I kinda like my wife and hope she keeps me around. I also am trying to race for money because this hobby would be even better if it were able to at least pay for itself....not likely but a man can try.
And in conclusion, no one with a Lightning needs to race another Lightning until it is absolutely the last possible round to do so. TMCCC is about points for the club, not the person specifically (unless you plan on racing every race). So trying to take another Lightning out is a big :nono:.

Just got in from Kennedale. Scott and Michael were still racing when I left. I got to the finals of Street Muscle and lost to Ken Cryder on a red light. I drove over the brakes and that was it. Yeah, the first was a fluke, as much as I wish it wasn't. After the time trials I pulled consistant 60' times in the 1.90s, ranging anywhere from 1.97-1.93.
