I need a trash can punch recipe

I'm going to make some punch and was wondering what everyone uses.

Here is a recipe I found on the internet.

Slice the fruit. I recommend strawberries, oranges, lemons, and limes. Then mix the punch and everclear together in a clean trashcan with ice. Hawaiian punch is my preference, but you can use any sort of fruit punch. Make sure you use ice and have a blast.

You might want to do the math on how much it is going to cost to buy enough everclear to make enough punch to fill a trash can. Maybe if you where to do it in an office type can...:d .

When I was a teen ager, I went to a party once where the trash can punch was made with liquor that each person brought. The cover charge was one bottle of liquor....that was dumped into a trash can and mixed with a combination of sprite, hawain punch...and hell, maybe even some koolaid. The can was one of the 30 gallon cans. We managed to make a half a trash can of punch. That stuff had every kind of liquor imaginable. Most of which was stolen from all our parents liquor cabinets:rll: . It tasted like sh!t at first...and got better as the night rolled on. We had at least 75-100 people at that party. It was out in the country. Now there is a mall there.:ron: :ron: :ron: .


Sh!t I went off there. Sorry about that. But the point still remains. It takes one hell of alot of liquor to fill a trash can...:rll:

We just have a 3 gallon jug to fill. Not going to be more than about 15 people and we also have some long island ice tea to go around and some various panty dropper drinks.

We usually use Hawaian Punch powder mix and everclear and rum. The rum gives it a better flavor than just plain everclear. We usually do 2 bottles of everclear, 1 bottle of rum.
