I'm not a big fan of the interiors of the new fords, but that is one sickly ride. 450hp....I wonder how much that thing is going to run for 50k?

I have read the price should be $39.9k.

Garrett, I wasn't able to find anything on the gt500 on the link you gave so I looked it up and found this.

Ya know,I just didn't think Ford had it in them to put out a mustang that nice. Its officially on my top five things to do list, immediately following all the hype that marks the damn thing up 5-7 grand :hammer: .It would take 20 grand to get it to a decent monthly payment . Not much for red , but black or silver would be crazy. What really trips me out is that ford hasn't figured out that an 8.5" rear wheel just doesn't cut it these days. That car will spin a mile. What kind of blower is that?? Always can count on my homie for some great pics.

Wow, I want one bad! I've been waiting for the new cobra! I bet the price gets jacked more that 5-7 grand, when GM decided to discontinue the Camaro SS I thought I would get one but the dealers were wanting outrageous prices for them and wouldn't deal in the least!

I have not been a big fan of the new body style of the mustangs but the GT has started to grow on me as now the Cobra looks bad ass. That thing is going to be a beast with all that hp and tq.

Is this "the" new cobra? Or a special GT500 Cobra. Is there a GT350?

One of these _will_ be in my garage.

Actually the Adrenaline looks like a great replacement for the family hauler (Expedition), too!

If the new Cobra is indeed 450+hp at ~$40k, and I can get one for sticker... I will put a deposit down shortly.

I will be in the dealership right after you Wes. That is one sweet looking car. Only difference is, I'm going to need a bigger garage:rll: .

I want one in Black........damn, I really like the look of the new style Mustangs. Every time I see one , i think of the good old days:D .

I have always had a soft spot for Mustangs, but these new ones('05's) have lit my fire like no other. If you haven't driven a new GT, you need to. They are sweet cars(IMO), and are surprisingly quick. I was really impressed with how comfortable I was in the car, as well as how tight the cars are. From a visual and ergonomic standpoint, the new Stangs are leaps and bounds ahead of their predecessors....(once again, IMO).

As far as the new Cobra....that thing just plain ROCKS!http://www.talonclub.com/forum/images/smilies/bows.gif 5.4L, DOHC, 32V, Twin Screw Blower, 19" wheels, 14" Brembos, 4-Pot Calipers, Ducktail spoiler, the classic Shelby lines, and 450/450...from the FACTORY....for $10G less than a loaded C6 Vette..... makes for one BAD MUTHER SCRATCHER!

It'll be a bit of a wait I'm sure, but well worth it, me thinks.;)

Three words for ya....Chip(Programmer), Pulley, & Filter!http://www.talonclub.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrinflip.gif
