Get Pic of your truck added to the rotation on SVTLightnings.com

I was fixing some stuff today and got the picture rotation thing at the top of SVTLightnings fixed. Right now there are abot 6 pictures from years ago that rotate every 20 seconds on the page.

If you have a world class quality picture of of your truck and you want to see it on the SVTLightnings.com page - Post it here...

The picture has to be clear and sharp.

Ill consider adding a few pictures every month...

I think there should be a requirement of some kind ... Perhaps Supporting members only ? Perhaps folks that make it to the meetings ??
Ill decide on that later

However if I wanted to wade thru the 11,000 pictures in the gallery to find candidates I would have done that - In fact I have already added the piuctures I like - Notice most are of my truck.... LOL

Pick a picture of yours and post a link to it - With that Ill resize it and add it to the java script ...

Wes and Everyone else -

Find the original picture .. Not the cropped resized version ... That lets me FIX it in photoshop....

Keep em coming - Once I get a feel for the bandwidth implications of 25 rotating pictures Ill add some more...

Some of the guys have really raised the bar as far as truck placement and picture quality. Sixpipes is a good example - He is constantly scoping good backdrops and taking great pictures of his truck - A snapshot in the parking lot isnt gonna cut it much longer......

Wes - I like the middle one - Do you have the ENTIRE picture - no camera takes a picture in that perspective...

Reason I need the origninal is that the script forces EVERY picture to be exactly the same dimensions, which is the typical ratio ( 1024X768 or what ever.....) Other wise the photo will look stupid with white space above and below

You say it crashed - What does that mean ? Was it making grinding noises or did it just fail to boot ....

If its not grinding I may be able to get the data..

virus infection. various system files damaged. Windows could not be reloaded/rebooted. Often times I'd sign on and was able to retrieve e-mail and use various applications, then it would just lock up. Dell sent out a technician that verified hard drive damage. I got as much data off of it as I could, installed the new drive, and then reformatted the old one to clean it off and had to return it to Dell.
