How do your schedules look for next Thursday?

Also, when you get a chance, please let me know what type of tranny fluid you had in the garage. Thanks!

Valvoline AFT Dexron III/Mercon. Monday or Tuesday would be better for me.

If you are installing the valve
and you have a stock oil pan
you should install the 4x4 trans pan and the filter
holds about 1,2 QTs more of fluid and is not very expensive.

I am not sure about Monday. I have a jury summons to head downtown. I dont know when I will be out of there. I also have something else going on Monday night come to think of it. I dont see why it cant be done on Tuesday though. Tuesday?

I hope I dont get picked for a jury. :vomit:

okay guys been talking to alot of trans parts supplyers and they say synthetic is the way to go and some have said mixing half trans fluid [synthetic] and half motor oil synthetic. i don't know you seemed to know qiet a bit more than than me what do you guys think. trying to put my trans back together and want to do it right [the darn thing is too heavy to keep taking in and out on my back] thanks

First time to hear that.. Level ten said to run 100% Mobil1 ATF. Of course that trans only ran two weeks so what do they know :D I run Mobil1 ATF in all of my vehicles.

Funny they didnt put Mobil 1 ATF in mine when I was at their shop...

Well, I bought 8 quarts of Castrol ATF Dexron III/Mercon. And a 15 quart :eek2: drain pan. Will that cover it? :d

I'll stop and get the Coors after work tomorrow - more Miller for me & HiHoAG :beer:
