Blood Needed

My neighbor had a anurisim (sp?)and hes not doing to well.... He has lost a kidney and almost lost his other one. He has been Uncautious since it happened monday and they are keeping him that way till they can stabalize him i guess. So far he has lost 10 pints of blood and of course they are putting blood back in him.

If anyone would care to give some blood or help out in any way I will be forever in your debt. Just go to carter blood center in ft worth, maybe anyone will work duno. He is at Arlington Memorial Hospital.


His name is George Worthington, We all call him Pete tho.

He is the neighbor that never complained about me being loud late at night or my truck being to loud, and helped me fix stuff around the house since my dad isnt around. For those of you that have been over hes the guy next door with white hair thats always outside when we are working on the rides.

You can always donate to someone's name and is does not have to be the specific blood type of that person. They will swap a pint of what he needs to what you donate.

I would love to help but the blood gods think that I might have the Mad Cow so I can't donate. He can have all of my prayers though.

Mike - Get me the account number for Pete and I wiil make sure my current stockpile of credit (4 units I think) gets credited to him. Carter should have some way of making sure he gets credit for units of blood donated on his behalf and I think it is by a recipient number. :cool:

i could give. I think Dennis is right. But since you know the name and hospital that might work. last two times I gave I did the Double red blood cells. It counts as two pints. Ask them about it.
