Whats the deal with Steve Kerr vs Kenny Anderson and Marv Albert? I hear them talking **** but what started it?

Evidently Kenny Smith used to be called The Jet just like Jason Terry and at some point Steve Kerr called JT the real Jet and it pissed off Marv Albert and then on the half time show Kenny said some **** about Kerr. Well during the second half Kerr said something about rings and Marv told him that he should thank Jordan for his rings and then Kerr said yea did u tell Kenny to thank Hakeem for his? It went on and on.
