I spent my afternoon wasting time looking for 4 simple check valves, 3/8" x 3/8" barb ends, so I can make my oil separator setup a reality. Effing auto parts stores have such stupid people it's not funny, and the ability to find anything like what I'm looking for is nigh impossible. Online is'nt much better, either. :flaming:

If anyone has any ideas, please feel free to let me know. Otherwise, thanks for letting me vent. :tu:

yeh, I'm digging thru Grainger now, slowly... Google wasn't much help because the results (no matter how I filtered them ) came back with useless crap. :(

Hitting the McMaster site now.. see how it goes...

EDIT: Yeh, that McMaster one looks like a winner... right size and all.

They stop at 3/16ths... might not be what I need...

See edit above for McMaster.. might be the deal..

grainger has better stuff, but mcmaster carr is cheaper. i use both suppliers a ton. anyways if you want nice precision machined ones you should check out crankvents. although high dollar, they are the absolute best

Try Parker-Hannifin, they have all kinds of hydraulic, oil, and gas fittings. Used to use them a lot when I managed the welding supply.

To control flow. See here (http://www.talonclub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8403) for Jason's discussion and diagrams.

The need for them is so I can control the PCV flwo thru the separators--I don't want them operating in reverse, which could cause trouble. I also want them to collect oil, and I want to see which one collects the most, so I can evaluate which one is most effective.
