Talon Sticker Question?

I got a sticker and I did a search and in the flag it shows to have black in it. Is the flag all white are am I missing a peice? I have 4 peices is this correct? 1 blue , 1 claw, 1 words , 1 white background. Just wated to know before I put that bad boy on.
