dyno tuning in the dfw area

I contacted a place in lewisville(hpp racing) and they said about 300 hundred to dyno tune with my predator, what i was wondering is this expensive seeing how I already have the tuner or a good price or is there anywhere esle that would be better and cheaper?

there is no place currently dyno tuning that i would go to local to dfw

never been there but have had my old boss pick up some things from lonestar and they dyno tuned his 89 gt and H.D. he was very happy w/ their work but dont know pricing.

Do not go to Lonestar, I recommend RPM in Lewisville.

That is a steal. Dyno tuning when done right takes a lot of knowledge and equipment. I think 150 to set it up on the dyno and 300 for a normal 2 hour truck session and 75 an hour after for a problem truck is normal. Amazing how some folks think nothing of buying a 10K motor or 3K dollar blower but balk at a 600 dollar dyno tune to keep it all together. A good tune is worth its weight in rods.
