How much labor for a head swap due to blown plug on 01 F150 with 4.6 (passenger side)?

Also how soon could you get to it?

Here is the deal $250 if I can heli-coil it in the truck. If it blow out or doesn't hold I'll credit it towards the replacement. Win win. I could do it this weekend or Monday.

SOLD- I'm having it towed to you today. Dark green exteded cab 00 or 01 F150 with windshield banner. The #2 plug is spit- didn't break the coil pack just sitting the hole.
