next week is the wifes bday and also a few days after is our 5th anniversary... past years we have gone to San Antonio, Las Vegas, Mexico, etc... this year Im too busy at work to really go anywhere... but if I want to make it to #6, i dont think I should just blow it off completely.... so im looking for ideas on a getaway weekend... maybe somewhere close in Dallas or somewhere... nice hotel, restaurant, something to do thats different.... any ideas?

I've taken the wife to Chamberlain's in Addison for a great seafood dinner (if you're into that). The last two year's the hooked me up...had a private table for us with roses and a special menu. It has been awesome to say the least. If you're game for that give them a call.
You can also stay the weekend at the Regency Hotel in downtown Dallas. Heard that's pretty nice, and drinks in Reunion Tower is always cool.
I also heard dinner at the Mansion @ Turtle Creek get's 'em wet.... . Never been there myself so I dunno.
