History would dictate between late november and april...

Last year the trucks hit the road in late November

It has been as late as March - April

I would expect the 03's to be a little later intro than the 02's. The 02's had only 2 very minor changes and a new color. Which meant no retooling or parts creation. The '03 has a fairly significant list of changes that will delay it until probably late December, early January I'm sure...
