Terry:

I couldn't get the passengers side off to replace but what I did was disconnect the battery... waited 20 minutes or so... connected and started it. I didn't have a "service engine" light on so I drove to get it instpected and passed.

Yesterday afternoon the "service engine" light came back on. ARGH... At least I got my sticker.

I'll see if I can find someone here in Frisco that will pull the old one and install the new one... or maybe I should just head to your place?

I guess I am not in a hurry since I passed... unless you think a bad o2 sensor will cause damage... what's your recommendation?

Thanks,
Rick

Thats odd that you passed your inspection right after disconecting the battery... Normaly it fails because it resest the comp and shows "not ready". I fail them like that all day. People go one place and fail and come to my shop thinking they can get away with it. To bad the comp dials the state and tells me if it has recently failed :D :ron:
