L Fest 05 Ramblings

I can't sleep tonight so I will ramble instead... According to Mapquest it is 550 miles from Dallas to KC. The hotel looks nice and the group rate is $75 a night. The track opens at 8AM Friday test and tune starts at 9AM. There is a true street cruise Friday at 12:30. The group picture is noon on Saturday. The car show is Sunday and looks to be judged by noon. So if there are folks showing and convoying home that may be a factor. Sadly there is no road course or autocross at this venue:( . I was looking forward to hustling some L's in the Super Dookie:D . Those Austrailian semi racers got me motivated!
