The ribeye is nice, but the Carnitas is the best hands down. Queso Laredo is a nice way to start the meal, and the brownie at the end is the perfect way to finish off.

Next time you are at Cantina Laredo....look for the Queso Laredo on the menu. The menu will also list Carnitas (pork dish), along with the caramel covered brownie........

My dad and I quail and dove hunt out on the Nail Ranch in West Texas, opening day we always get our limit of dove and there are plenty of coveys of quail. we use our own dogs and have a custom built kawasaki mule to transport 4 of us around. it even has cages for up to 9 dogs and work space for injuries to dogs to take care of in the field, one of the perks of having a dad who's a veternarian
3 forks is also a good steak place, antares in the reunion tower is good, the mansion on turtle creek also serves good steaks, beau na brazos (spelling  ) off 121 is awesome, all you can eat steak place

I have decided poor little birds and animals are inncient and do not deserve death. Most people I meet however are quite the opposite hence the AR's and large 100rd drum and 46 gallon fuel cell. It should make for one heck of a police chase:D .

Beau, tell me more about the grayson Co lease. Dove lease only, or all critter? Year round, or just seasonal? acreage, number of hunters, and oh, yeah, cost?
Michael, I've seen some hunting shows that were hosted on the Nail Ranch. Very nice place, excellent hunting, and $$$$$$$. :eek2:

we only bird hunt there, to shoot a trophy buck (12, 15 and larger point bucks) it ranges around $3,500, not including the cost of the lease

Dove only and its 200 a gun for the season.Blackland partners, there are several farms but i only hunt one. Each farm is a sep. lease. Its only good for first week and last 2 weeks of the season. Some years there is a bunch of hunters, but i only hit it during the week and leave nothing but dove wings. :d
