Well, the Old Man Tan Titanic (OMTT for brevity's sake) has returned from the accessory shop. Oh, for those who don't know, the name is compliments of Terry, who is secretly jealous of the color, and so derogatorily calls Arizona Beige Clearcoat "Old Man Tan", and my wife, who says the new rig is Titanic sized. At any rate, back to the accessories;
Freshly sprayed RhinoLiner. No comments from you Line-X fans. My trucks have been wearing RhinoLiner for the past 14 years, and I've never had a bit of trouble with any of them. Nah, has nothing to do with the fact that a buddy owns the RhinoLiner shop, and he'd die of embarassment if I ever had to call him about a problem with his shop's work. Add in one bitchy dispositioned dog laying claim to her daddy's new ride, and the bed area is complete.

Moving forward, replace the seriously ugly black plastic OEM side steps with a set of Bully stainless steel cab length nerf bars.

Now move forward to the business end. Start with a Westin stainless steel one piece grille/brush guard. Note how it maintains the factory tow hooks, doesn't obstruct the license plate or OEM fog lights, and has a nice mounting platform for the lights. Also, the headlight guards are removeable, and I thought I'd prefer to leave them off, but after seing it in person kinda' like them. Other thoughts? Then mount a set of PIAA 80 Racing off road pencil beam driving lights, which feature high and low beam patterns. These are some bad mamajamma's, and are a full 9" in diameter. Unfortunately, not wired yet, but that's coming most soon.

As soon as the lights are wired and the "work" radio installed, the next stop will be PR for pillar mount boost and pyrometer guages, exhaust system, idle boost, TransFlow fuel tank, and auxilliary back up lights.
It's starting to come together. :D
