A sampling of interest rates from various institutions is published every Monday in the Business section of the Dallas Morning News. This is a good starting point.

I think I saw 5.75 fixed 30 at Bank of America today, and yes the robbery went well:D

i got lucky and refinanced a few years back and got locked in at 5.0% fixed rate....i had originally did the 3 one buydown or whatever its called for first time buyers when i had this house built... i had 6-7-8% for the first 3 years... but the 8% was for year 3-30.... so dropping to 5% fixed was well worth the refinance costs...
