The pass side is not painted

Get the washers, they are dead easy to put it. :tu:

Ford Dealer replaced the bolt according to some TSB ...

Havent hard the clunk since

Did they actually put in clunkies, or did they just torque it to 10 gaziillion foot-pounds??

Havent gone and looked

The invoice said upgraded bolts. Likely torqued to the max
