1) I didn't know there was any sort of "membership fee," that you could only get a certain # of PMs....whatever....had NO idea whatsoever.

2) It would be much easier to become a member if we could actually attend events - however if giving $10 to the cause would make everyone happy then that's what we can do. I figured trying to support the vendors as much as we could afford to would be worth something, especially since we are far enough away that being a "member" isn't really feasible.

3) We've made at least one purchase from this "For Sale" forum as well, so yes, I assumed we were considered a "participating" member(s)

Also, the PM box is cleared...again...had no idea there was a limit!

Again, so sorry....paypal coming your way buddy, maybe then you will give me a frickin' break?

The is no membership requirement, its just that we have set the system up so that folks who help keep the door open have more priveldges.

Buying something from the for sale section doesnt really have any impact either way since we cont charge a commission to pst in the for sale section.

We have historically held a race every year in Hallsville so you could easiliy attend that event.

Over time the membership thig has become a peer pressure thing. The long time members who contribute and get thier $10 worth like to encourage other folks to contribute as well.

The System has already upgraded you to Supporting Member. That idiot doug boss doesnt have to do anything....
