Removing lower pulley question

Hey y'all...



I'm in Georgia and my son just bought a 6# pulley (amongst other goodies) for his Harley... I have everything but the tool to take the pulley off. What size is it and does Sears carry it?



I am working on it now so if anyone can help... great.
