I ain't talking MPH either:eek: . I have noticed that the more my stress goes up so does my weight. I left high school at 155 ten years ago, I worked up to 165 in 2001 hitting the gym 3 times a week. Then over the last three years of stressful deadlines, projects, and numerous other stressful factors now I am here at 180:( . I am going to have to slow down a little and take some time to unwind. I just hate to turn down a customer in need of work, but my body is paying the price. Before I know it I will be looking like a broke-ass Uncle Rocks:D .

Don't flatter yourself. You could never look as good as me.....:D .
I hit a new personal best myself 3 weeks ago.....277, and I aint talking MPH either. Good gawd, I was better off smoking and 40 lbs lighter. I have started working out again and should be getting this thing under control.
Your right about the stress thing Terry. It can screw you up in several ways...including eating too damn much.

Stable at 215, but need to get back down to 200-205. Hate to say it, but staying in shape is the only thing that gets harder with age. :D

Damn lightweights...:rll:
In high school I played football at a solid 305, strong as a freakin ox. Now I hover around 260.

I'll have to agree, Terry. Stress can eat you up inside. :( Personally, I was always 160-165# through college and barely top 170#, now. I didn't eat/sleep very well, especially on past stressful projects and deadlines.
Elaine's seen me barely pick at dinner and bolt out of bed at night in a panic from a dead-sleep for the longest time. I think the worst thing corporate America could have done was saddle me with the title of Sr. Consultant.
That's ok. I took care of that matter this morning. I feel better already.

Nope your arteries are getting harder too;)
But I will agree with the older you get the harder it gets to stay in shape, we actually work at it and don't seem to make progress just maintain, but we are both in extremely stressful jobs.
