I know of 3-4 Ls off-hand around that aren't on TALON whom I'll try to give the heads-up.
Oh, Terry, btw...I ran into another of your clients today on SH 121 between McKinney/Frisco - James was his name.
He's got a loud, dropped Red '03 L with black Shazzam-bolts down the side. The cammed built engine sounds good - it's the L's 3rd engine.
We were pulling the whole rally thing and going WOT for a few distances. Nothing beats having a coupla' Red Gen IIs going at it! :burnout::nana2
Hopefully, we'll have yet another L roped-in.

My, get bent, vote was an accident. I am needing glasses, but just can't bring myself to admit the fact that old age is chasing me down. Fricking 20/20 vision all my darned life....then 2 years ago, I noticed I was having some trouble reading my darned prescription bottle. Thinking I was taking my Lipitor, I actually took a vicodin...the second one in less than an hour. Boy, was I feeling good. Now, using a magnifying glass, I split the stuff up into daily doses and put it in one of those old people containers with the day of the week painted on top of each days dose. It may sound like old people sh!t to most of you...but it has helped me to avoid glasses...which is what started this whole :ron: to begin with.

GUys and girls - There is a category in the gallery specific for pictures taken at the Group Photo - Lets make sure that you add you pictures to that category so everyone can easily find them
The gallery allows you to pic 2 categories at once...
I moved some of them - Ill make a sub catoegory for the pro shots ...

It looks and sounds like it was a great event and even more trucks than last time. I am happy for everyone that could attend and enjoy the comraderie of the moment, I am sure it will be with everyone for awhile.
It is at moments like that and the occasional monthly meet posts that I get a bit melancholy about not being in the metroplex to be able to enjoy spending time with my L brethren. :crying: With as few as there are here, there just isnt the ability to match it.. :(
What I am really surprised about is that you didnt have one outlaw that would have ruined it for everyone by doing a hot lap at the track. Kudo's to all for keeping it under control for a few minutes.. btw, how long did the whole process take?

Dana there were some that had "The Thought" but that was squashed by "The Lead Pipe".
We got there between 3"00 and 4:00 and we left around 7:45 or so. A long day but great times. :tu:

We spent a lot of time organizing the first shot and basically ran out of time. I got there about 2pm, we got the first trucks on the track about 5:15 or so the get the template from which we were going to park the others, and we brought the rest of the trucks out around 5:30 or so. Finished setting everything up around 6:30-6:45 and snapped the shots around 6:45-7. Since we were out of time, instead of the second shot we got our camera guy to snap a few high quality shots of each truck on the track as it was getting ready to exit. Everything came out very nicely, including the weather after the initial rain, but I am disappointed we couldn't get that second shot. Oh well...if all goes well we'll get it next year! :tu:
