I have been working on a new tune that will be a MUST have for every L owner.

I fell lucky to only live 15mins. from work so I get by with only filling up once a week. But I fell bad for some people like AVALANCE who drives from Garland to Ft. Worth everyday for work :eek:

99-00 wheels are 32 lbs 01-04 wheels are 37lbs

01 -03 wheels are much differnt than the 04 wheels

Are they the same weight ???

I believe the wheels were changed every 2 years. So the 01-02 were the same, then the 03-04 were the same. As far as weight, I don't know.

99-00 were the lightest with the thinnest spokes. The 01-02 blocks and even the 03-04 style have 5lbs more metal in them than the old 99-00 wheels.

Just a thought Dana...actually it is how I did it. Get anyone lighter than you...which was pretty easy for me to do. Put them on the bathroom scales. Now hand them your wheel. The difference is the weight of the wheels. You can also just set the wheel upright on the scale. Either way works.

Oh yeah, I forgot, thats how the vet used to weigh the dogs. Thanks.

The boxes are set up to hold 2 wheels per shipping box. Hope to have them on their way soon.
