Anyone willing to relocate for this position my wife is recruiting for:

Please post this on the truck forum........forward on to anyone you guys
know who may be interested/willing to relocate to Philadelphia, PA. This
client is wanting to move on this very quickly! Salary range is $80K-$110K.

Job Description:
Responsibilities: · Provide tactical and strategic leadership for XXXXX's
Network Operations Center (NOC) and Provisioning organizations. Skills:
B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or work equivalent
is required. · Min of 7 years industry experience with Network
control/management center responsibilities. · Expertise and hands on
knowledge of SONET and DCS (T1, T3), CSU/DSUs, DWDM, TDM's, fiber optics,
router's, and switches is required. · Experience with a variety of switch &
router hardware, carrier services, network services, network management,
network termination equipment and associated diagnostic equipment. · Must
have the ability to lead and direct vendors to assist them in their efforts.
· Broad knowledge of inter-exchange & local exchange carrier service
offerings and transport architectures. · Extensive knowledge of WAN & LAN
architectures, systems & protocols. · Extensive knowledge of network
engineering and design techniques. · Strong customer service and
communications skills (written and oral) are required. · Extensive verbal &
written, interpretive & persuasive communications skills- negotiating and
problem solving. · Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in
writing at the executive level. · Exceptional Project management skills, and
use of PM software are required. · Must have the ability to effectively work
in a team environment, as well as independently. · Knowledge and proficiency
in the use of PC platforms & software. This is a permenent placement position.

sounds ok, kinda low on the pay scale though, if I was not attatched to Houston, I would consider it... If I hear of anyone like this, Ill direct them to this thread :)

This is what basically I did for DataReturn in Irving... however that was more like 120k or so... thats why I say it sounds kinda low... due to the economy im sure :)

And when I worked in Philadelphia, They want wage tax paid to the city and there is a state income tax!! :hammer:

There is easily another 8% in taxes between the city & the state! I felt like I got a bonus when I moved to TX just for that alone!

Hey whitelightning'02 how long ago did you work in Philly? I was born and raised in Philly.
